Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no lumps.
  3. Step 3: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Step 4: Add the orange juice, orange zest, and alcohol-free vanilla extract to the mixture, folding gently to combine all ingredients without deflating the whipped cream.
  5. Step 5: Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Step 6: Once set, carefully remove the sides of the springform pan. Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy your no-bake orange creamsicle cheesecake!

Notes

  • For optimal freshness, store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Since this is a no-bake cheesecake, there's no need for reheating; simply serve it chilled straight from the fridge for the best texture and flavor.
  • For an extra touch, serve each slice with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of orange zest to enhance the fruity flavor and add visual appeal.
  • When mixing the cream cheese and powdered sugar, ensure they're completely smooth before folding in the whipped cream to avoid lumps in your creamy filling.
