Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring it lies completely flat to prevent sticking.
  2. Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Everything Bagel Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and fine sea salt. Mix thoroughly until all the seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the cottage cheese.
  3. Step 3: Spoon the seasoned cottage cheese mixture onto the prepared parchment paper. Using an offset spatula or the back of a spoon, spread the mixture into a very thin, even layer across the entire baking sheet. The thinner the layer, the crispier your chips will become.
  4. Step 4: Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the mixture appears dry and mostly firm. For extra crispiness, you can reduce the oven temperature to 300°F (150°C) and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
